Gantley’s Tavern

Gantley’s Tavern
Located near the Wharehuanui and Shotover Gorge Trails, and with the Arthurs Point Link Trail running past the front door, Gantleys is at the heart of the trails in Arthurs Point.
The modern Gantley's occupies charming historic stone tavern built in 1865 by Patrick Gantley to provide food, drink, and lodging in the Gold Rush era.
Gantley's Tavern has a large selection of New Zealand craft beer (26 taps!) and local wines / spirits. Our menu is 'Pub Fare with Flair', sourcing local ingredients and inspiration.
Open every day from 9am, there is plenty of bike parking and excellent coffee. With a spacious beer garden, outdoor fire and delicious beer and food, Gantley’s Tavern is the perfect spot for “Après Bike”.
Gantleys Tavern is an hour from Frankton or Arrowtown by bike.
